1989 – ESTABLISHED
Learning Possibilities is established as part of MPC International, an international distributor of the newly invented Texas instruments laptop with a recently graduated Mehool Sanghrajka at the helm.
2001 – JOINT VENTURE WITH JARVIS PLC (FTSE250)
The company enters into a joint venture with Jarvis plc (FTSE250) and works on £2bn of PFI school ICT managed services provision.
2004 – ACQUIRED BY ENTERPRISE PLC (FTSE250)
The company is acquired by Enterprise and moves into becoming a major contractor for the national BSF programme, providing ICT services to 21,000 schools.
2005 – LP+ IS BORN
We invent the first cloud based learning platform on Microsoft technology.
2007 – LEARNING POSSIBILITIES IS ESTABLISHED
Mehool Sanghrajka and Prof. Stephen Heppell lead an MBO of the LP+ learning platform and community.
2010 – LP+ ADOPT PUBLISHED
First to publish a learning platform e-maturity model (ADOPT) that is published by a UK Government Agency as the National Framework for technology adoption in schools. Also winner of the prestigious BETT Award
2012 – LP+4 LAUNCHED WINNING 2 NATIONAL CONTRACTS
Launch of LP+4, the company’s new flagship LMS and cloud solutions, winning two National contracts (Kuwait and Wales) for bi-lingual hosted LMS’.
2014 – PARTNER OF THE YEAR AWARD FINALIST
The company is recognised as finalist for 2014 Microsoft Public Sector: Education Partner of the Year Award.
2015 – MICROSOFT GLOBAL ALLIANCE
The company forms a Global Alliance with Microsoft and renews National contract with Wales to 2018. The company also joins the G-Cloud Framework to provide IaaS and SaaS solutions to the public sector.
2016 – CREATION OF LP+365
The company’s latest learning and collaborative platform LP+365 is built as an App for Microsoft Office 365, and partners are signed up to distribute the LMS in over 20 countries. The company is shortlisted for the Education Investor Award again, after winning for 2 consecutive years in 2014 and 2015.
2017 – PARTNER OF THE YEAR AWARD FINALIST
The company is recognised as finalist for 2017 Microsoft Public Sector: Education Partner of the Year Award.
2018 – STUDENT ANALYTICS ADDED TO LP+365
The company adds student analytics to its flagship product LP+365 and continues to further develop the application.
2019 – LP OPENS ITS FIRST OFFICE IN ASIA IN SINGAPORE
Learning Possibilities opens its Singapore office to manage its operations in Asia.
