Enterprise MPC becomes LP+, with Professor Stephen Heppell as executive chairman

The Learning Possibilities Group today announced its acquisition of Enterprise MPC Limited from Enterprise PLC. The deal is designed to enable the business to continue to build on its existing growth and become a major transformer of education worldwide.

MPC has been renamed LP+ Limited to reflect the new company's main activity; the delivery to schools, local authorities and charities of its LP+ e-learning platform, plus related information and communications technology products and services. LP+ will be able to give 100% focus to the education sector, freeing it to further develop its e-learning platform for the needs of 21st Century learning.

The deal was backed by private equity and venture capital funding, with ex-Enterprise MPC Managing Director Dr Mehool Sanghrajka taking on the role of CEO.
